The holiday lodge is all on the ground floor and has two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a double with an en-suite shower, basin & toilet and the other is a twin bedroom. There is additional sleeping for two more on the sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a family bathroom with a bath, basin and a toilet and a kitchen with dining area. The lounge is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening with the Freeview TV, DVD, iPod dock and a selection of books & DVDs.
Heading outside you can relax on the balcony/decking area and enjoy a dip in the superb private outdoor hot tub. The lodge has plenty of outside space around it and there is also a shared fishing pond along with seating. The Ash Tree Lodge is around 2 miles from a pub and shop and is around 50 yards from an A-Road so you may here some traffic noise while outside the lodge. The accommodation is not suitable for stag or hen parties or similar.

Ash Tree Lodge is in a great location to explore and under 10 miles is the historic city of York which is well worth a visit. Stamford Bridge is on the River Derwent and has a range of shops, places to eat and is a lovely market town. A little further afield is the coast and great seaside resorts such as Filey and reachable for a day trip.
