Oak Barn is one of small cluster of four converted holiday barns on this farm setting. The accommodation retains plenty of rustic charm and appeal with wood beams, high vaulted ceilings and a wood burner. The barn has a rear enclosed garden, ideal for the dogs to enjoy.
Living Room/Area – The living space is contemporary and open plan with a living/kitchen and dining area. There are double doors leading to a patio and garden. The lounge has a sofa, arm chair, wood burner and a 36″ wall mounted TV with Freeview and DVD player.
Kitchen & Dining – The kitchen is very well equipped with a gas oven, grill, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large selection of all the utensils and accessories required for a self catering holiday. The dining area has a oak table with four chairs.
Bedrooms – The master bedroom is accessed via three steps down from the ground floor. The bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 is also accessed via three steps down and is set as a twin but can be made to a double on request.
Bathrooms – The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash basin, WC. The en-suite is to the master bedroom and has a shower, WC & Wash Basin.
Outside Space – There is a patio area with a table and four chairs. The enclosed rear garden and a Charcoal BBQ. The accommodation is on a non-working farm.
Parking – There is off road parking for five cars.
